Our goal is to provide a comfortable place to talk about the challenges you are facing while offering evidence-based treatments to guide the healing process. We offer individual counseling for children, adolescents, and adults struggling with a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma responses, life transitions, grief, impulsive behaviors and other mental health related issues.
