Change is constant and that is reflected in my consulting practice. I began on the financial side working on restoring profitability to struggling locations in multi-branch organizations. I performed a deep analysis of performance metrics, studied budgets versus actual performance, product costing, transfer pricing, and so on. As organizations began to seek quicker and more disruptive change I began to work in organization and process redesign as well as the application of new technology, digitization, and data management. This experience all came together as I began to work with a facilities management department. Facilities management is often the 'forgotten function' yet what it does and how it goes about doing so affect the entire organization and have major budgetary implications. My focus is on bringing transformative change to the department itself with a focus on strategy, planning, delivery, budgeting, technology, and process.
