Univarsity focuses on utilising physical activity to improve student wellbeing and academic performance. We are the tangible link between theory and outcomes, using published research, innovative technology, and activity to help increase student academic attainment and better their mental and physical wellbeing. There are currently barriers preventing sports and activity participation in the Higher Education landscape, accompanied by a growing mental health crisis accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic. As a team consisting primarily of current and graduated students, we each have personal experiences of university sports letting us down but understand how important activity is to contribute to a positive university lifestyle. Univarsity's mission is to provide the best environment for students to thrive at university, whilst tackling mental health and creating an active student population.
