The Career Skills Development Society (CSDS) is the student body affiliated with the Career Guidance Unit of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. The CSDS is a prominent student association at the university, which aims to help and develop self-assessing, information-seeking, decision-making skills, and developing the skills needed to cope with working needs in a complex world. The CSDS carries out various academic and social activities such as seminars, competitions, workshops, student meetings, and virtual webinars to achieve those goals. As a society, the CSDS has committed to enlighten the future of J’pura undergraduates. The society is also responsible for developing intimacy and unity among undergraduates in addition to identifying members with energy and the spirit of taking the Career Skills Development Society to the next level in its ceaseless journey towards success.
