SOGESTER Terminal Management Company SA, is a joint venture between APM Terminals (51%) and Gestão de Fundos (49%). On November 5, 2007, SOGESTER took over the management of Container Terminal II, in the Port of Luanda, known as the SOGESTER Container Terminal, following the signing of a 20-year concession contract.
