We offer the latest and best automated commercial coffee machines, plus the service contracts and expert engineers to ensure everyone has delicious coffee on hand whenever it’s needed. Great customer service is integral to what we do. Our set-up, support services and maintenance contracts keep machines in tip-top operating condition. In London, our fully-trained engineers will be on site to fix any issues within 6 hours of callout, and outside of London, within 24 hours. We are often sooner. We know our coffees, too. We’ve been sourcing, cupping, selecting and refining our own range since 2002. Roast & Ground hand-picked coffee is freshly roasted in small batches for maximum freshness and includes everything from classic single origins, to gutsy blends and satisfying decafs. All Roast & Ground coffees are certified Rainforest Alliance or Fairtrade. Sustainability is at the core of our business. We work to maximize machine energy efficiency, facilitate grouts collections, and offer biodegradable disposables. We support our local football club and day centre for older citizens. We invest in off-setting schemes in the areas our coffees come from. We also recognise our responsibility to support our customers’ CSR aims. We also offer customers a next-day delivery shop facility to buy not just coffee, but black and herbal teas, chocolates, soft drinks, milk powders and biscuits. In short: everything needed to keep staff and visitors happily supplied with quality drinks. Most recently we’ve launched Roast & Ground Direct, so coffee lovers up and down the country can enjoy our favourite beans and access the best barista-quality machines to suit small spaces. We set machines to maximize their energy efficiency, facilitate coffee grouts collections, and offer a range of biodegradable disposables.
