Driftless Mediation & Family Law LLC specializes in helping families resolve legal disputes respectfully. We offer Collaborative Divorce, facilitative and evaluative mediation, binding arbitration, divorce education, and consultations on other issues of family law. Our focus is on keeping clients out of the courtroom, so we only accept litigated divorce matters in special circumstances. The name "Driftless" refers to the Driftless Area of Southwestern Wisconsin, a geographical region distinguished by the fact that the glaciers that covered much of Wisconsin never passed through. For us, the name reflects our commitment to help families through the divorce process so that they do not experience divorce as an overpowering force that levels everything in its path. We also are committed to providing high-quality family law services to this area of the state. Our office is based in Baraboo, Wisconsin, but we regularly serve clients in the Madison area, as well as in Columbia, Juneau, Adams, and Marquette Counties.
