At Verge Collaborative we are building and supporting leaders within the mental health, disability, and social services sectors who can meet the challenges unfolding before us and challenges that will emerge in the future. Leaders who want to be prepared; who want to know themselves; and who are committed to becoming the envisioned leader they want to be. THE LEADER'S WAY is a leadership development community designed specifically for leaders and aspiring leaders working or volunteering in human and social services. The program incorporates online workshops, multiple small group forums, and individual and group coaching opportunities, to support you to explore who you are as a leader, improve how you lead a team or influence other people, and broaden your perspectives of leadership, systems, and the sectors we work within. We are also currently offering Developmental Leadership Coaching for leaders in the social sector, and Small Business Coaching for NDIS-related service providers.
