Adventure Out was created in response to an increase in demand during the 1980's for abseiling and rock climbing. We started from humble beginnings above an outdoor equipment store on Hay Street, Perth, to company-owned headquarters in Welshpool, WA. During the 90's the demand for our activities grew, fuelled by the adventurous spirit of those seeking challenges in natural places. This was a period of rapid growth for the business, brand and reputation. Currently, we run events out of various places in Australia, and are expanding our charity efforts (Urban Descent) with partners such as Save the Children, the Sir David Martin Foundation, and the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation.
