Total Innovation Management (TIM) Foundation is a not-for-profit organization created by two innovation professionals, David Williams and Gert Staal. They share a sharp interest in creating the first truly international standard for sustainable innovation. Independently they found out that the need for this standard is felt around the globe. David has a long-term solid background in assessment of standards management systems, and has a keen interest in innovation management, Gert is an educator and coach in innovation management with a practitioner’s background, who has launched products and services and has been process manager for innovation. On their initial search David and Gert realized quickly, that until now there has not been a truly international standard available and accessible to all, ready to use, and that many professionals have been waiting for it. The standard helps organizations to achieve innovation excellence: innovate better, faster, cheaper.
