Our approach is to acquire and manage industrial and logistics assets in urban markets that are close to population and key logistics infrastructure. We can further create value by repositioning these assets through development and value add initiatives, and by partnering with tenants to provide warehouse space that is fit for purpose in a rapidly changing industrial landscape.
