What started as an all too familiar feeling, a night out with nothing to wear, for our creative director Cecilie Jørgensen, sparked the idea that was used to be called CECILIE Copenhagen and now it is known as SUMMERY Copenhagen. Made from two Keffiyeh scarves, a characteristic print and a new silhouette became the well-known pieces, Shirt O & Shirt V + Shorts. Today, SUMMERY Copenhagen has eliminated the use of the Keffiyeh pattern since August 2022. From that winter in 2011, a massive demand followed, and we have grown ever since.
