When a block is selected a house plan can be added - and "Moved/Sited" on the block. Easily identifying if a relaxation is required to the building envelope. Buyers can also select different floors if multi-storey plan and "Flip" to ensure best fit. Additional tools also allow to check the sun/shade at different months and times of the day to ensure it meets their perfect living conditions and also reduce their heating/cooling bills (this is also calibrated to the location of the block selected ie Cairns is very different to the sun in Perth).
