Cheung created Cheung Environmental Consulting in 1990. She graduated with Honors from the University of California (UC) Berkeley with a degree in Environmental Sciences and Biology. While studying at UC Berkeley, she was invited to be an intern for the Principals at ESA and EIP Associates, two of the preeminent consulting firms. After graduation, Lori joined ESA and contributed to the success of their dynamic team and worked on large-scale infrastructure projects.
