Climate change is happening and each one of us has the power to shift the dial to meet sustainability and net zero targets. Do Nation helps engage employees in meaningful action. Our fun, informative behaviour change programme supports individuals to make everyday lifestyle changes which improve their health and wellbeing, and connect them to their organisation’s sustainability goals. Do Nation was founded by Hermione Taylor in 2010 following a masters in environmental technology and behaviour change, and a bike ride to Morocco. The platform was created initially to allow people to ask friends and family to donate climate action instead of cash to support sporting events like marathons, and celebrations like weddings and birthdays. This feature of the platform exists to this day and anyone can create a free campaign page to raise climate pledges. Since then Do Nation has evolved to engage people in sustainable behaviour change, supporting professional and personal communities around the world. As a team, we're fully remote and all fully enjoying the benefits of zero commuting. We get together at least twice a year altogether, with smaller regional meet ups in between. We're all committed to doing everything we can to tackle the climate crisis whilst enjoying our work and looking out for each other.
