We serve clients in executive assessment and help build Boards of small. medium-sized organizations, but our focus is on the development of executive search projects. In this area, our clients, many times, are private equity or small and medium-sized family-owned companies in restructuring or expansion mode. In the market since April, 2008, we have developed searches in several industry segments, with over 180 placements for different functional roles. We are a small permanent group and count on the support of partners specialized in research and analysis in different market segments and functional roles. All of the projects developed by the firm are managed directly by Fabiana Bezerra. Our focus is to work on searches with strategic significance to the organization. The work is developed in a close partnership with the client, with the objective of ensuring the best interpretation of their need, in its multiple aspects, and develop the process with efficiency and agility.
