The group currently consists of a team of 30 dedicated professionals and the Head Offices are located in Nicosia, Cyprus. The first company of the group, A. Th. Loizou & Son Ltd was established in 1947 by Andreas Th. Loizou. It represented suppliers of office equipment, agricultural machinery and machine tools but as the Cyprus’ market evolved, the company in 1986 focused in the area of information technology and progressed to the provision of turnkey IT solutions. In 2015, as part of the continuous efforts to provide the best solutions and strengthen its services in the market, A.Th.Loizou & Son Ltd acquired the share capital of Bull Cyprus Ltd which was renamed to ATHLOS System Integrators Ltd.
