NEXT is a non profit corporation organized in 2006 for the purpose of worldwide production and distribution of biblically based manga stories - the world's most popular comics format being a powerful medium for telling the stories of God's Word to His people. The NEXT team is a group of dedicated professionals with many years of experience in the publishing and printing industry in Japan and other Asian nations. Inspired by the tremendous world-wide surge of interest in Japan’s manga art form, NEXT initially embarked with the production of an exciting text, Manga Messiah. With a talented team of Japanese artists, writers, and manga industry professionals, NEXT has completed five of the six books in the Manga Messiah series. The fourth book, Manga Melech, has been released in Japanese and in English, as has the fifth book, Manga Messengers. With leadership from industry professionals in Asia and a board of directors from many industries and professional backgrounds, NEXT is a 501(C)(3) non profit organization registered in Washington State (U.S.) and the copyright holder/legal entity owning the publishing and distribution rights who licenses publishing in numerous countries, now translated and published in twenty five languages and counting around the world. As a non profit organization, NEXT strives to make distributions to countries in the developing world, and has been fortunate to partner in distribution of over two million copies of books in our manga series to children in the developing countries - an unprecedented feat for any company in the comics publishing industry.
