Esther's Organization provides services to youth and after-school staff throughout Gaston County, with emphasis on sites in underserved areas. Through its eSTEAM (Esther's Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, & Math) Club initiative, Esther's Organization provides on-site enrichment programming for youth in academics, the arts and positive youth development. Trainings are made available to after-school staff covering topics that include college and career readiness, social skills, STEAM, homework support, leadership development, Project-based learning (PBL) and creating positive social-emotional environments.
