About us Our company – Expert Humans – was founded in April 2020 in Singapore by Michael and Joyce Jenkins. We bring our individual and shared interests into play through our work together, combining a long-standing and deep interest in what makes people think and behave the way they do – and particularly how they do so in an international or global context. Michael and Joyce met on a train in China some thirty years ago and throughout the years have worked with a multiplicity of groups around the world, accumulating and sharing knowledge and insight about humans at work. Our approach The people we work with are really good at what they do. They’ve often risen to positions of power and influence because of their professional expertise. At Expert Humans we seek to complement these professional skills by exploring – at a deep level- those human skills that are under-developed, not well understood and for some completely ignored. Our aim is to open up a world of possibilities to enable people to thrive at work and exponentially increase their impact. And developing global skills informs everything we do.
