Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik Martokoesoemo Pallkpahan & Rekan (“KJPP MPR”) was established as a partnership in late 2007 due to changes in policy implemented by the Indonesian Securities & Supervisory Board (OJK) allowing only individual partnership as appraiser for the capital Market. Prior to modifying the ownership structure, the company was also know to the market as AAJ Penilai and its track record and team have all moved and separated from the RSM AAJ Associates on February 2009. KJPP MPR is registered and licensed as both an asset (Classification A) appraiser and business valuer (Classification B) at BAPEPAM-LK and is also licensed by the Ministry of Finance.
