Strand Hotel has old ancestries. The first part of the hotel was built at the same place as the hotel is today in year 1900, at the same time as the seaside-epoch. Wealthy people came to Borgholm to rest and to enjoy the pleasant climate. Strands present activity is based on a mixture between conferences and enjoyment. During the summer we are the metropol of south-east Sweden with live performance on our after beach. Several popular bars and one of the coolest night clubs in Sweden! The remaining part of the year we focus on conference activities.
