WHO WE ARE NYC Smoke-Free, a program of Public Health Solutions, works to increase tobacco-free norms throughout New York City so that every resident has the right to breathe clean smoke-free air where they live, work, and play. WHAT WE DO -Reduce youth exposure to tobacco marketing. -Increase the number of smoke-free outdoor spaces. -Increase the number of apartment buildings, co-ops and condos that are 100% smoke-free. -Engage community partners to build support for policy campaigns. WHAT WE BELIEVE We believe that every NYC resident has the right to breathe clean, smoke-free air where they live, work and play. We believe that it is unacceptable for NYC youth to be lured into a life of tobacco addiction. We believe that every smoker deserves the support and resources to quit.
