Owner and Founder, Helen Bayliss, has 20+ years' experience selling and delivering complex software and consultancy services based solutions to a wide variety of market sectors including financial services, technology, BP outsourcers and the public sector.  Helen is technically astute with an ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of the business and a wealth of knowledge and experience in bidding for complex projects and programmes. From interim sales and marketing management, bid consultancy and management, business development, sales process reviews to branding and communications, Helen offers a flexible, cost-effective approach and a passion for excellence. Helen works through Associate Partners who trust her to deliver services for them and direct with clients. Services are provided on flexible basis either short or long term contracts.
