www.und-eti.comThe Environmental Training Institute (ETI) was organized within the UND Occupational Safety & Environmental Health Office in 1988 with the mission of developing and presenting high-quality training programs for those dealing with issues in occupational safety and environmental health. In 1999, ETI became an independent department under UND Auxiliary Services serving North Dakota, Minnesota, Montana, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming. In September 2000, funding through an OSHA Susan Harwood Training Grant allowed ETI to expand its offerings and outreach. ETI is a department within UND Public Safety, under the division of Finance & Operations. ETI currently delivers open enrollment and custom training classes in the following areas: - Asbestos - Lead-Based Paint - Hazardous Materials - OSHA Compliance - Industrial Hygiene - Indoor Air Quality & Mold - Integrated Pest Management - Clandestine Laboratory Clean-up
