At New Leadership Foundation we believe that by supporting leaders to be exceptional they can then create exceptional public services. We are passionate about public service and its value to local communities. We exist to promote innovative public service and excellence in delivery. We work to enhance the leadership skills and experience of those in public service. Our challenge is to support and equip those in public service to deliver their aspirations. New Leadership Foundation was established in 2012 initially working with the Local Government Association (LGA), our consultants work across the UK primarily with the public sector. We deliver a wide range of support and training services, drawing on a wealth of experience and knowledge. Our consultants offer 'real world experience' from their professional, academic and public sector backgrounds, including leadership and elected office. Our blend of practical, hands-on and professional experience is our 'stock-in trade' and a unique feature of the New Leadership Foundation.
