Arise offers an interactive safety and empowerment program designed to foster young girls’ sense of safety, confidence and strength. We equip young girls (aged 9-12) with the tools they need to face challenges of bullying, conflict and everyday interactions with peers. Each Arise Girls session combines meaningful activities and discussions with fun and age-appropriate self defense techniques.
