Due to sedentary lifestyle, People are ending up with health conditions which were rare and unheard of in the past. Overuse of medicine and adulteration in food making it even difficult to come out of this situation. In Today’s society compared to couple of decades ago, There is more information available out there for general public in internet, in the form of research papers, books and news papers on how they can improve their life and overall health. There are number of experts teaching more ways to get fit, giving advice on how you can avoid chronic diseases. So, the problem is not the information, medicine or facilities. Addressing the above problem, we don't have a collaborative ecosystem where the stake holders can work together to achieve "Happy Healthy Life". And we have made it our mission to create one.
