MDM Rubicon, Inc. was formed in 1993 out of a vision for providing opportunities to individuals with developmental disabilities and serious mental illnesses to live successful and fulfilling lives in the community. MDM helps individuals to "Cross the Rubicon" and take strides to live independently, despite conditions that may make that journey challenging. We believe that each day is a new beginning. This vision continues today through the operation of eighteen group homes and in-home services in Woodbury and Oakdale, Minnesota. MDM is comprised of over 150 passionate employees who share in this vision, and take pride in working together to achieve more. We are proud to offer new beginnings every day.
