Garcia and Associates (GANDA) is delighted to announce the completion of an asset purchase agreement with Kleinfelder, Inc. (Kleinfelder), a multinational firm specializing in engineering, design, construction management, construction materials inspection and testing, and environmental professional services. With the close of this agreement, the environmental planning and permitting services GANDA has provided you since our founding in 1994 will be integrated into the Kleinfelder organization under GANDA’s current regional leadership within Kleinfelder’s West Division. This agreement includes the continued operation of our existing offices in California, Hawaii, and Guam and the purchase of substantially all of GANDA’s assets.
