ASCENSION Program Management, LLC was founded by Thomas J. “Jeff” Prine who spent the early years of his professional career working for internationally recognized design and program/construction management companies. Jeff’s professional experience includes overseeing design as an architect and projects of all types as a program/construction manager. Utilizing his experineces, he forged the ASCENSION “Client Centric” approach to representing his clients.
