RSPCA Leeds, Wakefield & District Branch
www.rspcaleedsandwakefield.org.ukThe RSPCA Leeds, Wakefield and District Branch provides a safe haven in which abused, neglected, and abandoned animals can be cared for, socialised and rehabilitated before they are found a new home. We work closely with the National RSPCA but we are completely separate charities so we are self-funded, receiving no government funding. The branch can provide accommodation for 15 dogs, 30 cats and 8 rabbits at any one time. Although income generated from fundraising activities and our charity shops go a long way in helping to pay for this, it is still very difficult and we really do appreciate any support our local community could give whether it be donations for our shops, tombola’s, monthly giving, fundraising for us, anything at all would be absolutely brilliant
