It is an international social welfare organization/nonprofit organization to promote, support for entrepreneurship management, success and sustainability. The brand name of this organization/movement is “Uddog o Uddokta”, which is a Bengali word; it means “Entrepreneurship & Entrepreneur”. The theme of this name is a successful venture or initiative in the business model we call it Entrepreneurship and behind the success who works hard or who takes the initiative, we call his/her as an Entrepreneur. As we specialize social organization to work for the entrepreneurship development and sustainability so we are honouring these two words and as it is started in Bangladesh we named on it in Bengali. When it will work in a different country, this brand name must be used. But some parts can be linked up with this brand name as per their government rules. Like, now we are working in Japan, it is called “Uddog o Uddokta Japan Association”. Applied for the registration as “General Incorporated Association” /社団法人. The name and concept came from the mind of our honourable founder Mr Forhad Hossain. He was used to writing in a national magazine as a freelance writer during 2005-2010. In that time he started writing articles on Entrepreneurship success story with highlighting organizational success and the entrepreneur’s hard work and those articles published as titles on “Uddog o Uddokta” which mean “Entrepreneurship & Entrepreneur”. After that, in 2012 our founder Mr Forhad Hossain started his full-time career as an entrepreneur with establishing a management consulting firm in Bangladesh as the name of LBS Management Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. Through this initiative, he tried to create new entrepreneurs and new entrepreneurship through his direct supervision. He started with some new graduates who have shown their interest to become an entrepreneur. Since 2012 to 2020 he provided the training and consulting support to many new entrepreneurs in Bangladesh.
