Founded in Dec 2008, following Lehman shock, in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan. Currently run only by the founder, Masao Uebayashi. A small company concentrated on NetBSD development. Not only developping device drivers, but also bringing up a new platform, improving development environment, or extending userland. Unlike most Japanese IT companies, very community-driven and opensource-minded. The official language has been English from start (Rakuten followed us)!
