PossAbilities is a social enterprise. We provide support for vulnerable adults, primarily with learning disabilities, dementia and young people leaving care. Our services include supported living; day services; respite; shared lives; supported placements; homeshare; and outreach support in people's homes. The Care Quality Commission inspected a range of our services in October 2015 and rated them OUTSTANDING, a rating given to only 1% of organisations inspected.
