RockEast Energy Corp. is a start up oil and natural gas company based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada with operations within the prolific Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. The company's strategy is to actively utilize advanced front-edge technologies to develop conventional light, medium, heavy oil in the Western Canada. RockEast currently owns large land base, 340 km2 of developed and undevoped lands, in the east central Alberta focusing in the Provost, Michichi, Brooks and Medincine Hat areas.
