Lutanya Search Partners is a boutique search firm based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. We focus our efforts on finding top sales and marketing professionals for clientele in the med tech and device industries. Other roles we fill are clinical specialists, education and training leaders, as well as sales & marketing outside of the med tech space. Our primary goal is to fill each search. However, if we don’t make the placement, a very close second goal is to not waste our clients’ or candidates time. Either way, while working on a search we make sure that we are indeed a resource. Whether that is advising companies on trends and information from the candidate pool, or helping candidates network and polish up resumes, we want to make sure that if you are working with us, we are helping in some way.
