trikona yoga co. is a premiere yoga studio specializing in niche classes for mental health and recovery, aiming to break the stigma. Our goal is to create a space where one can build a synergistic path to enlightened, positive, self-transformation. Our studio is inclusive to those who are seeking a path for healing, regardless of their background. We aim to give clients the space to move freely on their mats & safely, confidentially express their mental health within our community.
