Building inspection and assessment/ feasibility report preparation. 8. Retrofitting and upgrade of existing buildings and other structures. Civil Engineering: 1. Design drainage system 2. Design septic system 3. Perform slope analysis 4. Prepare site plans 5. Prepare erosion control plans 6. Attend planning and zoning board meeting and obtain building permits
