Algorich is committed to delivering software with focus on quality by working in test first methodology, for every line of production code there's a test backing it up. Doing TDD is kind of like playing a video game where you have a challenge and it must be completed (covered by a test) so we make sure that we're having fun along the way. When you do what you love, with passion, it's almost inevitable to have a positive mindset about what you put your head to work on. This is the way Algorich faces its challenges and that is why a positive outcome is most of the times the result of our work. With a quick feedback loop of 2 weeks time (sprint) the progress of our work is transparent to you and we can adjust the sail as we go. When things are going sideways, we're honest about it and will be the first ones to raise the issues and create awareness of any blockers in the project.
