The State Rehabilitation Council is a citizen advisory body that provides strategic guidance to the Minnesota Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) program to empower people with disabilities to achieve their goals for competitive, integrated employment and career development. Members are appointed by the Governor and represent disability advocacy groups, business and labor, and former recipients of VR services.
