It brings together a respected professional team with several decades of experience working on multi-dimensional projects. The company’s flagship project is the former Old War Office building on Whitehall which is being reimagined as ’The OWO’ with a flagship 125-key Raffles Hotel (the first in London), 85 Raffles branded residences, a luxurious spa and a collection of 9 restaurants and bars. This Grade II*-listed building was office to many of the United Kingdom’s most influential political and military leaders of the twentieth century, notably Sir Winston Churchill, David Lloyd George, Lord Kitchener, Herbert Asquith and T.E. Lawrence. It was also the haunt of the British Secret Service. The OWO Project respects and preserves the heritage of the building, whilst creating a new world-class destination for Londoners, hotel guests and future home owners. Today, WDS employs a team of 29 staff and lead consultants with Global expertise at its head office on Haymarket in Westminster.
