Az Common Ground exists to bridge the gap between individuals being released from incarceration and the communities to which they return. We will assist men and women in breaking the life cycles that contribute to recidivism and help them transition back into society to lead healthy and productive lives. We will educate communities about re-entry and crime prevention to elimininate fear and engage them in the solutions that will change society's view of re-entry
