Civil Solutions is the dedicated Geospatial Technologies Department of Adams, Rehmann and Heggan (ARH). President, Richard Rehmann, is a third generation leader, who oversees a team of 90 professional employees including licensed engineers, surveyors, planners, environmental scientists, application developers and GIS professionals. With offices in Hammonton and Bloomfield New Jersey, our company has worked with governments and governmental agencies in all 21 New Jersey counties including school boards, municipalities, utility authorities, county agencies and multiple State Governmental Departments. ARH has been surveying and mapping since the company’s start in the 1930’s. In 1989, ARH created the state’s first digital tax map migrated from numerous hardcopy sources from various authoritative sources. A few years later in 1991, ARH established Civil Solutions to focus its efforts in geospatial services which includes data management, data editing, and automated data migration
