The London Ultrasound Centre is a private scanning clinic for women on Harley Street, in London UK. We provide private diagnostic ultrasound scans for women for pregnancy and gynaecology. The centre is proudly independent and was once co-owned by Mr Peter Demetris and Mr Darryl Maxwell, a Consultant in Ultrasound for Obstetrics and Gynaecology. (since retired) We are committed to strive for excellence and are always looking for ways to improve our service. This means that you will be provided with only the latest and best techniques performed by a highly trained and dedicated team, hand-picked by the medical director Mr Ruwan Wimalasundera. We believe passionately in the advances that ultrasound has brought to clinical medicine for women which is why ultrasound is at the core of our practice. At The London Ultrasound Centre we deliver sensitive, personal patient care in a relaxed environment. It's a standard of care that we would expect to receive ourselves. We are a registered centre of The Fetal Medicine Foundation and are accredited by the Care Quality Commission.
