The raw product from the farms passes through our rigorous quality checks in terms or various filtration and segregation processes. At Organic42, we follow a 2-step quality check for ensuring that the product remains truly organic in nature. Care is taken that no additives or supplements are added. Our procurement centers are strategically located in the close vicinity of farms so that the produce is transported in less time to the Processing center. As some of the products could be perishables, we have a swift logistics chain who ensure that the product’s freshness remains intact. Our procurement centers also are ideal for farmers to receive lucrative prices for their produce. Our warehouses and procurement centers remaining hygienic at all times. This is ensured by following a well-defined cleaning schedule. A clean warehouse not just ensures contamination free products but also a healthy and high-spirited work force. Our warehouse executives are trained on executing the FIFO (First in First Out) mechanism by keeping a tab on inventory dates and ensuring that the products which arrive first and dispatched from the warehouse on priority. Periodic safety and inspection drills are effectively carried out at all departments in a warehouse and relevant feedback is acted upon.
