Eating Disorders Nova Scotia is a community based, charitable organization committed to inspiring hope, reducing stigma, raising awareness, and offering support at all stages of recovery. We believe no-one should have to face an eating disorder alone. We know that with support and treatment, a full recovery is possible. We provide accessible, community-based supports including individual mentoring, online chat, virtual groups and workshops, online peer support groups, and peer support for families and friends.
