Ukrainian Food Valley (UFV) is an institution that is intended to be a catalyst for the development of the agro-food ecosystem of Ukraine as a stable and self-sufficient innovation system! UFV a nonprofit union that organizes joint researches and trainings for the development and consolidation of its participants who practice the five principles of sustainable agro-food production throughout the whole value chain: - efficient resources using; - conservation, protection and improvement of energy sources; - protection and development of communities, equality and people ‘s welfare; - improving flexibility of cooperation between people, communities and ecosystems; - responsible management.
