We source the fruit locally from vendors in an attempt to reduce food wastage in the last mile, picking up oddly shaped and iverripe fruits which are just perfect for our fruit crisps. HUKI Raw Banana Flour is a handmade preparation of raw bananas sourced from Kerala, dried to perfection and then ground to a velvety powder. The RBF is known to have beneficial affects against diabetes, constipation and weight-loss management. HUKI Curry in a Hurry- is a range of ready to cook food.
