Started in 2004, Boslil Bank Limited (“Boslil”) was founded with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to export our services and compete globally by focusing on being great at what we do. The Bank started off as Bank of Saint Lucia International Limited – a wholly-owned subsidiary of the publicly listed East Caribbean Financial Holding Company Limited – and as of March 14, 2017 was sold to PROVEN Investments Limited (“PROVEN”), also a publicly listed company on the Jamaica Stock Exchange. PROVEN’s genesis itself coming out of the sale by the principal shareholders of their banking group to Scotiabank in 2006 and the subsequent set up of PROVEN in 2009. PROVEN is an investment holding company with over 2000 shareholders and investments in multiple financial services companies who operate within the Caribbean region including Bermuda, Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago and Saint Lucia.
